Our
Parsha this Shabbos is Parshat Kedoshim. The word 'Kedoshim,' means
'Holy,' and HaShem says a most beautiful thing.HaShem says,' Kedoshim
Ti'heyu ki Kadosh Ani HaShem Elokeichem,'- 'Holy shall you be,for Holy
am I,HaShem your G-D.'This is the entire Torah. This is the entire
purpose of HaShem's Creation. This is our entire reason to live. This is
why HaShem made a physicality. So that we and all around
us as physical beings would emulate HaShem's Holiness. That we would
emulate HaShem. That we would be at one with HaShem.Every Law in the
entire Torah is designed for this very purpose,to bring us to HaShem. To
make us Holy as HaShem is Holy.To make us at one with HaShem. The entire
Parsha of Kedoshim gives us Laws to separate ourselves from impurity and
draw close to t Purity,to Holiness.Laws of Shaatznes (not mixing garments of different types),dealing honestly with others, caring for the
poor, loving our fellows, honest weights and measures ,steering clear of
Avodah Zarah (idolworship),not engaging in forbidden
relationships, keeping the Land pure and Kashrut of food.Laws so Holy and
so good that they will call our Neshomas to lead our physical beings,to
be at one with HaShem.
From the very start of Creation,HaShem put a
choice to us.Choose HaShem,The Holy Way,or choose the other way.Only
HaShem truly knows where we need to go.Only HaShem knows what we need to
do to get there for HaShem Created all.We cannot possibly know by
following our own way.We cannot possibly know or get there through our
own desires.HaShem did not give us a pure way to live for Himself. This
Torah Law is for our benefit so we can get to where it is we need to
be.It is not there as a control for us.It is there to free us from our
physical bonds and lead us back to the spiritually pure and Holy Gan
Eiden, where HaShem awaits us with His Love.
We see that the word
'Kedoshim' is in the plural.HaShem doesn't put something for no
reason.HaShem is asking us to be Holy as a nation, for us all to follow
the path our Holy ones taught us to follow, not to go off on our own.For
all of us are one as HaShem is One.HaShem wants us to be like Him.HaShem
wants us to emulate Him.HaShem said right at the Beginning that we were
made in the image of HaShem,in the spiritual essence of the soul we
carry,to be in HaShem's Holy image,to be Holy as HaShem is Holy.To rise
above all physical things around us and emulate HaShem's Holiness in
bringing Holiness with every step we make, with every word we say and
with every thought we have.We are to make this world Holy as HaShem
intended it to be so that HaShem can feel welcome to be close to us
again.
Our Beloved Forefather Avraham, set himself apart from all
those around him and he was known as 'Avraham the Ivri,' ,'Abraham the
one from the other side,' for it was he who took himself away from the
impurity around him ,to follow HaShem and be holy.If we take the word
'Kadosh,' it's Gematriah comes to 100+4+6+300=410 and 4+1+0= "5" . If we
take Avraham's name, the Gematriah comes to 1+2+200+5+40=248 and
2+4+8=14 and 1+4= "5" .So Avraham's name comes down to the same value as
the word Kadosh.HaShem is trying to tell us,that we must be as Avraham
was, pure and separate from unholiness around us and holy.Within
Avraham, were the potential souls of every Jew to come from him.So we all
have a part of his holiness. We must use this holiness to be holy.
As Avraham emulated HaShem in Chesed and Holiness,so must we be a people
of holiness as HaShem is Holy.To represent HaShem ,we are to be shining
examples to all around us of HaShem Himself.Let us all work to be a
kingdom of priests and a holy nation unto HaShem.
With utmost
deepest love,I wish HaShem a beautiful Holy Shabbos Kodesh with love and
to all may you have a beautiful Holy Shabbos Kodesh with love.

We
count the Omer between Pesach and Shavuot to purify ourselves through
the 49 levels of purity ,to reach Holiness ,so we can receive the Torah
on Shavuoth. The Omer count brings One-ness with HaShem. The very word
'Omer' in Hebrew,is 316 in Gematriah & 3+1+6=10 which is the Ten
Commandments, the basis of moral Law.The number '10' also represents
Creation, where HaShem Created the world with 10 prononcements
so when we count the Omer,we are also helping to create a Holier world
around us and we help bring HaShem's Shechinah to this physical
world. The number '10' ,breaks down further to 1+0=1 representing our
Oneness with HaShem's Oneness, gained when counting the Omer.So every
night that we count the Omer,we are bringing such Holiness to this
world, that we can only begin to understand if we open ourselves up to
the true beauty of HaShem's wonderful Creation. To purify ourselves,is to
purify all we see and all we come in contact with and so,that which is
in contact with us automatically is made more purified. When we can
purify ourselves and the world around us then HaShem can once again
dwell among us.

This is a very special Shabbos as it is the Shabbos that is in the week of Pesach. On this Shabbos we read the beautiful Shir Ha Shirim,King Solomon's Song of Songs.
On the surface,Shir Ha Shirim looks like a beautiful work of love that Solomon writes for one so beloved to him.I have no doubt that this is partly what is is,a beautiful that l woman that is the one special Neshoma that King Solomon searched for and never found. Each of us have a special Bashert,a soul-mate that truly compliments us in the deepest and most loving of ways.A soul that is so much a part of our own, that it is as though we were Created together as one .
King Solomon's words are beyond beautiful and so is the true and sweet long lasting love of one's soul mate.
As I said,Shir Ha Shirim was not just written for the love a man has for a women. There is a depth to this beautiful work that goes to the very centre of one's being. At the very centre of one's being is HaShem and so is the sweet reason for Shir Ha Shirim that King Shlomo wrote,as a love song to HaShem and His Beautiful Holy Temple, where we are to serve HaShem in love, devotion and faithfulness.
The very description of King Solomon's words for HaShem show a deep love for HaShem.this is the love for HaShem that we are all to have and feel.
HaShem does so much for us to ensure that we continue living with the Universe around us ,all in its place where it needs to be,to do the greatest good for all things.
HaShem's love for each one of us stretches beyond the Universe to the length and breadth of all there is,just so that we can exist. So of course we owe HaShem the deepest love, devotion and faithfulness.
But what is love?It is not just that which makes us happy and content.Love is selfless.Love is putting that which we love, totally before ourselves and our own wishes.Love is doing for the one we love and not ourselves. This is true love. This is how love should be between a man and a woman and certainly this is how our love should be for HaShem .We need to learn to put our own wants and wishes aside and to focus totally on HaShem's wishes, even though they are actually for our own benefit and for the benefit of all around us.So Selfless and Wonderful is HaShem.
What better a time, then to read this faithfulness of love that we are to give HaShem, then in the very festival of Pesach, where we owe HaShem so much love ,devotion and faithfulness, for all that HaShem did for us at this time,in setting us free and all HaShem does for us now and all HaShem will do for us.
Love and selflessness in giving,is one of the very essences of HaShem and at this time when HaShem literally changed the very natural pattern of this world,to bring about miracles that saved us,this is the very time to show our love of and to HaShem and to hope with all our might to come close to HaShem in His Holy Temple.
We must let our selfless love show for HaShem in all we do for HaShem and for everyone we meet and with every creature that HaShem Created and with everything that HaShem makes and will make and in also doing what HaShem wants us to do and we are to learn to put our own feelings aside.
If only true love could come and be a part of this world, then this world will reach the heights it is supposed to reach and Hashem will sweetly be among us again, walking and talking with us as HaShem did in Gan Eiden ,for this is how love should be.
With love HaShem I wish You a beautiful Holy Shabbos Kodesh and Chag Pesach Sameach with deepest love and to all of you a beautiful and Holy Shabbos Kodesh and Pesach with love.I love you HaShem.

Our
Parsha this Shabbos is 'Acharei Mot,' - 'After the death,' and this
refers to the death of Aharon's two sons Nadav and Avihu. To be a High
Priest takes the greatest Holiness, and so,comes with obligations to keep
this holiness.Nadav and Avihu were died within a Holy place of the
Sanctuary and Aharon remained silent. The responsibility of such holiness
is sometimes physically hard to understand if
we continue to see this world around us as only a physical place. The
same is the loss of anyone close, for we do not see before or after a
person is in this world unless HaShem grants it.The feelings of loss of
those we love is immeasurable and how often do we ask why.We do not look
at what really happens after this person has moved on.We only feel the
here and now of this person's passing. This pain surely cannot be less
for the High Priest himself.Yet Aharon was silent.Aharon, the man who
dealt so closely with the connection between HaShem and us,through the
Holy Sanctuary.
We aren't Aharon, but we too are capable of great holiness that we are not aware of.This holiness is so tied to HaShem that it extends past the physical and thus,a part of us is the same as other souls who move on,even though we don't see it.
When a person looks closely at a painting, all they see are the marks, lines, blotches and other shapes that look so incoherent that it really doesn't look like it makes any sense at all-like our lives and pain sometimes.Yet,when we take a few steps back and look again at the very same painting,we start to see how there was a picture there all along. This is exactly how this world is-it's pains and its joys.If we look at this world through only physical eyes,it will look like nothing makes sense.Yet from HaShem's point of view, all is a beautiful picture including the Neshomas of those we have lost.
HaShem wants us to trust him totally and so ,even when someone is lost, this is only how it appears to us from the inside. The more spiritual we become, the further away we can look at the true picture of what really is.This we need to work on every day by listening to and following HaShem in all things.Even when things try us.We are not seeing it all. When we start to become more Holy, then the sweetness in all things appear and we understand more of what really is.For as we get holier,we get closer to HaShem's perspective and then we see that no one is ever lost and every tragedy or unfortunate happening has a deeper and more Holy reason for all fits together as one,so that it can complete the picture that Holiness can help us see.
HaShem speaks'Acharei Mot,' after the death of Aharon's two sons and shows us that life goes on,not just for Aharon, but for his sons as well, for after 'Acharei Mot,'the words 'Shnei B'nei Aharon B'Karvatam Lifnei HaShem Vayamutu,' can also be read,'The two sons of Aharon came close before HaShem when they died.'There is life after passing for HaShem, who is All Beautiful and All Holy and beyond,is to whom we travel-whether in this life or afterwards.Aharon kept silent for he knew on a level beyond the physical, that his two sons were before the most Holy,HaShem The Holy One Blessed Be He.
This is the Shabbos before Pesach when our people were freed from the bondage of physicality of Mitzrayim(meaning 'borders') ,to come under the Holy wings of HaShem. So this is the time to free ourselves from the physical that holds us down and reach up to Heaven for only with HaShem is the true freedom.Only after we have physicality tuned ourselves and made ourselves pure, can we see, that even after trying times, the light is sure to follow and so,HaShem awaits us longingly. For all is as HaShem sees it for with love,we feel and know that the truest path and only path is with HaKadosh Baruch Hu The Holy One Blessed Be He.
With love and with sweetness,I wish HaShem with ultimate love,a Blessed Shabbos and sweet Pesach with love,as I wish you all a beautiful Shabbos Kodesh with love and a sweet and Holy Pesach.
We aren't Aharon, but we too are capable of great holiness that we are not aware of.This holiness is so tied to HaShem that it extends past the physical and thus,a part of us is the same as other souls who move on,even though we don't see it.

This
Shabbos is Parshat Metzorah where we learn about how the contaminated
person start to become pure from their contamination. The word
'Metzorah,' can be separated into two root words ,namely 'Matzer' and
'Rah' which translates as 'Boundary for bad.'This is so descriptive,as
that is exactly what this period of Metzorah is.The contaminated person
has now gone through the period of Tzaraas and is preparing
to become pure from the negative spiritual tum'ah that the physical was
afflicted with and are at the stage of realizing what is Good and what
us Bad and will now put a boundary from the bad, around themselves and
will stay separate from that kind of a negative action again.
The idea of boundaries from evil and all things bad is something we can choose to put up ourselves to keep us far away from the negativities that this world pulls us down with Chas Ve Shalom. All the time,we are faced with a Yetzer Harah question,'should we or should we not do something that is wrong.'The first time we commit an aveirah it is harder than continuing to commit that same aveirah and somehow, the Yetzer Horah get's stronger and stronger the more we fall for it.If we put up a boundary from the very beginning and keep our lives, actions and words Holy and separate from that which is not good, then we will be able to overcome our Yetzer Horah's easily.
Egypt which is 'Mitzrayim' in Hebrew is very descriptive, for it was a place of borders for all those things which were so unholy. It was a place where the lowest negative spiritual influences resided and kept people trapped within its negativity.People were not just allowed to leave Egypt.Once there, they had to stay within its borders unless permission was given to them to leave.Evil has a way to shut a person in and encircle them like a snake entangling them in a web that they cannot escape from as the Yetzer Horah does.Even Pharaoh himself on his headband would have an engraved golden snake on the front facing all who came to see him.Mitzrayim was as its name suggests,a place of borders and 'Matzah Rah,' a place where evil and bad was found. The Metzorah has stepped away from the negativity and is on the way to be purified and find Good with their eyes and all they see and has learn't not to be tempted by the pull of what their eyes find - thus 'Metzora' becomes 'Matza Ayin' -'The eyes find goodness.'
How true this is in our own lives.if we look toward good,we will find it.If we keep our eyes toward HaShem and HaShem's ways,we will get to the right place and will be free of the borders and bonds of negativity that is the Yetzer Horah ,that tries to encircle us.
We are at the position to free ourselves from the entangling web of negativity simply by the choices we choose to make.We are at the head of the decision to purify oursellves to HaShem's Way and to stop looking toward that which physically pulls us.We can choose HaShem. This is the same choice that existed from the beginning of time, through Avraham's time to follow the One True HaShem, through the time of Moses when Moses asked us ,'Who is on the L-rd's side,' through the time of Eliyahu ha Navi when he asked the evil priests of baal to choose HaShem right through to us today and beyond,to only and always choose HaShem and only HaShem's path of true purity.
Let us look within ourselves and find ('Matzah') that which holds us down (Matzer) and let our eyes (Ayin) look toward Holiness-the Holiness of HaShem.Passover is coming and when we eat the 'Matzah' (which has within it the words 'Matza' (seek/find) Matzer' (borders) and let us remember to free ourselves from the borders of all that tries to hold us and persuade us to do negative things and let us look toward the good- the Ayin-the eye of Holiness.Let us 'Matza' find every possible path toward the Holiness of HaShem.
I love You HaShem and wish You with Love a Beautiful Shabbos Kodesh with Love and to all,may you have a beautiful Shabbos Kodesh with love.
